Micro-analysis Diagram
The diagram on the left is the mirco-analysis on the working point of the soldering tip. You can see the following features of our tips:
¡ïAlloy layer has a extremely high densification, which ensures excellent heat conductivity when the tip is doing the lead-free soldering job.
¡ïThe thickness of alloy layer is homogeneously over 0.5mm, which ensures the long life time of the soldering tip.
¡ïThe whole alloy layer does not have any impurity and rupture, which ensures the high corrosion resistance during the soldering work at super high temperature. |

Constitution Diagram (through 200X microscope)
The diagram on the right is our soldering tip alloy layer's constitution diagram. From it, we can see the alloy molecule has homogeneous and dense crystallization, and there is no impurity between different crystals. |
